The number that decides it
A hundred and fifty metres to the first tee.
Most Belek hotels tell you the golf is “nearby”. Here it is 150 m: a walk with a bag, not a shuttle timetable. The club has a bag store room and men’s and ladies’ locker rooms, so the bag does not have to come back with you each evening.

There is a shuttle as well, and one half of it is chargeable
Kaya Belek runs a free shuttle to Kaya Palazzo Golf Club and a chargeable shuttle to every other golf course. If your itinerary is four rounds on four different courses, three of those transfers are a cost line, not an inclusion. We itemise it in the quote.
The one date to check before you book
17 to 30 September 2026 the course is closed for overseeding, reopening on 1 October. From 1 to 6 October 2026 no buggies are allowed while the new grass takes: the course is open, but your group walks. Two further windows have already passed this year: 1–12 July and 5–17 August, both full closures.

Palazzo or Belek
Same owner, same golf, fifteen years and one concept apart.
Both are run by Kaya Turistik Tesisleri Titreyengöl Otelcilik A.Ş. and both sit the same distance from the first tee. What separates them is age, size and board basis: Kaya Palazzo opened in 2013 on a Palazzo All Inclusive concept; Kaya Belek opened in 1998, was renovated in 2011, and runs Ultra All Inclusive. Those two terms are not interchangeable, and the difference shows up at dinner (see below).

Rooms
Which rooms make up as twins. It is fewer than you would guess.
A society books in pairs, so the only room question that matters is whether the bed splits. At Kaya Palazzo the answer is not uniform: the entry-level Superior Sea View is “French bed or twin beds”, but almost every suite above it is French bed only. That inverts the usual instinct to upgrade.

Read that table the way a society captain would
Twin-capable: 219 Superior Sea View, 5 accessible Superiors, 119 Luxury Lagoon Suites, and the twin bedrooms inside the Golf Villas and the Maldives Villa. That is plenty, but it is concentrated in the entry category and the lagoon block, not in the sea-view suites. A Suite Sea View comes with a French bed, so check before you promise anyone a twin.
The three-bedroom Golf Villa is the one society-shaped product here: 265 m², one French and two twin bedrooms, six adults, its own 135 m³ pool, looking over the course. There are four of them.

At Kaya Belek we confirm the bed type for your rooms with the hotel before you take deposits. One of the two Standard Land View sizes is 20 m², which is small for two men and a golf bag, so we pin down the size at the same time.

Accessibility, in numbers
Kaya Palazzo’s five accessible Superiors are the only standard category with a golf course view, and they are twin-bedded as standard. At Kaya Belek: bed height 46 cm single, 42 cm double, door width 88 cm at the entrance and 86 cm to the bathroom, toilet height 34 cm, shower seat and grab bars, 100 m to the pool and 200 m to the beach, and accessible WCs in the restaurant and lobby.
The part that surprises people
“All inclusive” does not mean the à la carte, and at the golf club it does not mean the bar.
This is the section we would want to read if we were the one collecting the money. The two hotels cover different outlets in the board basis, and some are charged.

Kaya Belek gives you one à la carte dinner free per stay, served alternately every other day subject to availability, but a supplement applies to groups of ten or more. A sixteen-man society is a group of ten or more.

Three lines from those tables that cost societies money
1. The golf club bar is chargeable on the hotel board basis. You finish eighteen holes, the group buys a round at the clubhouse, and it is not covered by the wristband. It is covered under the separate Golf All Inclusive package, which is a different product, and one we price for you explicitly. Do not assume the two are the same thing.
2. At Kaya Palazzo the à la carte restaurants are all extra unless you are in a villa, a mansion or a Luxury Lagoon Suite. If your group pictures a steakhouse dinner on the last night, that is a line item.
3. At Kaya Belek, being a group is itself the supplement. The one free à la carte per stay comes with a group surcharge above ten people.

Both open at 07.00, so a first-light tee time still needs a packed arrangement. The difference is at the other end: Kaya Belek’s night buffet runs straight through to 07.00 and hands over to breakfast, so there is no hour of the night with nothing to eat. Kaya Belek also serves dinner half an hour earlier, which matters after a late finish. Kaya Palazzo’s hours are for the summer season, 1 April to 31 October; we confirm winter hours for your dates.
After the round
The Turkish bath is free. The massage is not. The pool heating has dates.
At Kaya Palazzo the spa services inside the board basis are clearly set out. The V’Italy Spa runs 09.00 to 20.00 across 3,500 m² indoors and 400 m² outside.

A free sauna and steam room after eighteen holes in February is worth more to a society than a paid treatment nobody books. Note the spa shuts at 20.00, before dinner ends, not after it.

If you are playing in winter, this is the line to read
Kaya Palazzo has twenty-three separate pools. The one detail that matters in a golf-season week: the heated pools are heated from 1 November to 31 March. Inside that window you have a 170 m² indoor heated spa pool, a 400 m² heated sea water pool and two heated lagoon pools. Outside it, the heating is off, which includes the whole of April, May and October, three of the best golf months in Belek. Kaya Belek’s answer is smaller and simpler: a 112.5 m² indoor heated pool, plus a 1,250 m² and a 1,000 m² outdoor pool.

A 700 m² adults-only pool inside a resort that also runs an aquapark is not a detail we would normally lead with, but a golf society sharing a hotel with half-term families tends to care about it a great deal.
Groups
One commitment here is worth more to a society than any photograph.

Anyone who has run a sixteen-man trip and found four of the party three floors and a wing away knows what it is worth. It sits under the football and tennis packages, not under golf, so we confirm it for your group at the time of booking.
A room for the prize-giving
Both hotels share the Palazzo Convention Center, and the small end of it is the useful end. A sixteen to forty-person society dinner does not need a ballroom; it needs a room with a door.
