The scorecard
This card came from the club, not from a database.
Eighteen holes, par, stroke index and four sets of tees.
All distances in metres. In yards: white 6,498 · yellow 6,129 · blue 5,729 · red 5,371.
Rating and slope
Measured by the Turkish Golf Federation.
The official handicap tables are issued by the Turkish Golf Federation and carry the EGA and USGA marks.
For scale: a slope of 113 is average. At 127 off the back tees this is above average without being punishing. The difficulty here is the water more than the length.
Three things from the card
The front nine is the longer half
Par 37 out, 35 back. Three par fives on the front, two on the back, and three of the four short holes come home. A society that plays a shotgun start should know the two halves are not interchangeable.
Stroke index 1 at the third
And stroke index 2 at the seventeenth. The two hardest holes on the card sit near the start and near the finish, which is unusual and which makes the middle of the round quieter than the scorecard total suggests.
The sixteenth is the easiest hole
A hundred and fifty-five metres off the white, stroke index 18, and it comes immediately before stroke index 2 and a par five home. In matchplay, this course does not let a lead settle.

Nine lakes
Nine lakes sit inside eighteen holes, with four bridges carrying the routing over them. For scale, Cullinan Links has ten lakes across thirty-six. Whatever else this course asks of your society, it will ask for golf balls.
Bermuda through and through
Bermuda 419 on the fairways and tees, Tif Dwarf on the greens: warm-season grass, which gives a firm, fast surface through the season. It is also why the September window in the calendar below is an overseeding closure, not ordinary maintenance.
Twenty-seven kilometres from the plane
Antalya city centre is 35 km, and Kadriye, the nearest town, is 2.5 km.

Before you pick your dates
Twenty-five days the course is shut, and six days you cannot take a buggy.
A society that books the first week of October, pays its deposits, and then finds out on arrival that buggies are off has had its trip damaged by an omission, not by bad luck. The next window is 17 to 30 September 2026.
The same four windows have run on the same dates for three years. We still confirm the current year with the club before we quote any date near it.
What this means in practice
The club’s golf all-inclusive concept runs 1 September to 31 May, which tells you which months it is built around, and both summer closures fall outside that window. The one to watch is the first week of October: inside the season, course open, buggies off.
If your party includes members who need a buggy, that week is not the week. Tell us early and we will put you somewhere else for those six days.
Golf All Inclusive
What the golf all-inclusive covers.
It applies to any golfer holding a nine- or eighteen-hole tee time at Kaya Palazzo on the same day. Anyone without a tee time that day pays from the menu.
Two things worth saying out loud
The halfway house is not included. A group arriving from a UK all-inclusive package expects the turn to be free. Here it is charged, and so is the drinks buggy that comes round the course. It is a small figure per head and an irritating one to discover on the ninth.
Golf all-inclusive does not run in June, July or August; the concept period is 1 September to 31 May. Summer trips are priced differently, and we will show you the difference in the quote.

THE CLUBHOUSE ACROSS THE WATER
The clubhouse
Renovated in 2023, and it shows.
The course opened in 2007; the clubhouse was renovated sixteen years later. The dining rooms and the covered terrace look straight out over the course and one of the lakes, which matters on the one afternoon of the trip when everybody is sitting still.
Private gala dinners are arranged and charged separately. If your society wants a prize-giving with its own room, book it when you book the tee times.

Where to stay
Two hotels, both a hundred and fifty metres away.
On a lot of packages the hotel is described as “close to the course” and no one gives you a number. Here it is 150 metres to both hotels.
Room sizes, bed types category by category, unit counts, what each board basis covers and what it charges for, and the group rules are all set out on the Kaya Palazzo & Kaya Belek hotel page.
One thing to be clear about before you compare prices
Golf All Inclusive above and the hotels’ board basis are two different products. The golf club bar is covered by Golf All Inclusive. On Kaya Palazzo’s standard Palazzo All Inclusive the same bar is chargeable, as are all six of the resort’s à la carte restaurants unless you are in a villa, a mansion or a Luxury Lagoon Suite. A group that assumes the hotel wristband covers the clubhouse will be wrong. Ask us which of the two you are being quoted.
